  • Creation of original graphic design work to the specifications of the client
  • Documentation and updates are given to the client on our progress.

Adaptation

  • Upon completion, we provide an additional session to find out if the artwork requires adaptation to different medium and format.
  • We allow up to 3 x minor revisions and 1 x major revision. This is in order to keep the work efficient and initial prices fair for our customers. When it comes to design, different clients have different visual preferences; So it is paramount that we establish a good understanding of your requirements from the start and both parties commit to realising this vision together.

Our photographers are experienced professionals are able to capture well-composed key moments in your events.

Our process:

Brief

  • After a quick consultation on your requirements and details, we will provide a price competitive quotation that is non-obligatory for you.
  • Upon confirmation, we will send you an invoice that is due on the event day.

On event day

  • We will provide a photographer onsite with the necessary equipment to bring out the best in your event.
  • Our crew will always arrive at least 30 mins before event commencement to capture location and other photos before the crowd arrives.
  • We are able to provide a sample of key moments (with minor edits) during the event for the organisers to post on their social media.

Post-production editing

  • 1 x Set of High Resolution
  • We do not typically restrict the number of photos for our clients. Over the years, we have found that our clients really appreciate it when we remove similar photos from the set and only presenting them with great looking photos that capture all the key highlights during the event. Not restricting on the number of photos ensures that you get uncompromisingly good photos that are usable for your promotional materials.

Post-production editing

  • 1 x Event highlight video (approx 1-3 mins long, unless otherwise stated)
  • The post-production will take 3-4 days (unless otherwise stated)

Our friendly photographer and videographers are approachable and are always open to meeting your needs. During our initial engagement, we will highlight key photo/video opportunities such that your footage and photos will meet your expectations.

After the event, our editors work on a tight and strict deadline so that you get the photos in a timely manner.
For photos, we typically submit an edited set within 1-2 days of the event. For large scale events, like marathons or multi-day conferences, we will make arrangements to send the edited photos in batches so that you can post on your social media regularly.

For videos, we typically hand you our highlights video within 3-4 days. The duration of editing time depends on the complexity and requirements of your video, so we will advise you at the beginning while getting your requirements.
